Guest Speaker: Mike Hartman
Short Bio
Mike Hartman graduated from Maryland School for the Deaf 1983 and then attended NTID from 1983 to 1987. During the time at NTID, he received Jesus as his personal Savior and Lord. Then Mike attended Deaf International Bible College in Minneapolis, MN. majoring in Pastoral Studies and Christian Education. He married his college sweetheart, Janelle Yoder and have one child, Stephanie who is 11 years old and very energetic girl! They will be into 20th year marriage anniversary this coming May 2011. Beginning in September 1, 2010 Mike will be serving Southern Regional Representative to 11 states. His desire to see his world - deaf people to experience God’s power and His glory that He is real!

Directions to Tall Timbers Baptist Conference Center:
From Baton Rouge:
Travel west on I-10 to I-49. Travel north on I-49. Take exit 66. At top of ramp, turn left across overpass onto Highway 112. Stay on Highway 112 for 6 ½ miles. Turn right (north) on to Highway 165. Tall Timbers is 4 miles on left.
From Alexandria:
Travel south on Highway 165. Approximately 3 miles south of Woodworth, Tall Timbers will be on your right. Or, drive south on I-49 to the Woodworth exit (73). Turn right approximately 2 miles. Turn left (south) onto 165. Tall Timbers is 3 miles on the right.
From Lake Charles:
Travel east on I-10 to Highway 165. Travel north on Highway 165. Tall Timbers is 4 miles north of Forest Hill on the left side of Highway 165.

Come experience how God can comfort you through his love. God can take whatever struggles (past and future) you have and change them into something beautiful. Together we will enjoy great worship, workshops, a tea party, pampering, crafts and a time of spiritual cleansing.

Things you need to bring:

Sheets for twin bed, Blanket, Pillow, Towels, Washcloths, Soap, Bible


We will be having a PJ party. Bring your favorite Pajamas.

Our rooms will be dorm style. So get ready to have a slumber party!
