LA Helen Keller Deaf-Blind Awareness Luncheon

As founder and general chairman of 2009 Louisiana Helen Keller Deaf-Blind Awareness Luncheon, I am pleased to announce that Keller Johnson Thompson, great niece of Helen Keller Miracle Worker’, has recently accepted my request for being the keynote speaker. This historic event is hosted by Louisiana Acadiana Deaf-Blind Citizens in collaboration with Affiliated Blind of Louisiana and Louisiana Commission for the Deaf. It will take place at the Affiliated Blind of Louisiana Daigle Hall on Saturday, June 13, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There will be limited tickets being sold.
