Visitation for Marvin Perkins will be from 4-9 tonight at Kramer Funeral Home --- Masonic Drive, Alexandria, LA . The funeral will be at Kramer Funeral Home 3:00 tomorrow (Friday afternoon) Frances Blair will be there to interpret.
