::ATTENTION::

The State's plan to save money by merging the LA School for the Deaf (LSD) & LA School for the Visually Impaired (LSVI) is resulting in mass layoffs of key instructional staff, support staff, and other key personnel at the LSD.  LSVI has yet to make announcements, but is slated to do so in the coming weeks.

Please help get the word out about the State's betrayal of our Deaf & Blind students.
